The Grundfos Challenge week

Pre-event

7 March 2008

A pre-event for all participants will be held at The Poul Due Jensen Academy.


Sunday 30 March

The students arrive at The Poul Due Jensen Academy at Grundfos in Bjerringbro, Denmark, before noon. There will be various activities during the afternoon.

Monday 31 March

The students are officially welcomed and the assignment is presented. The students will work on the project throughout the week.

Thursday 3 April

PowerPoint materials and executive summaries are handed in.

Friday 4 April

The solutions of all of the teams will be presented to the evaluation committee. The names of the winners will be announced during a Gala Dinner at Grundfos' Guest House, Frisholt. The Gala Dinner is attended by all participants, representatives from the educational institutions, the evaluation committee, and members of the Grundfos organisation.

Saturday 5 April

All students leave The Poul Due Jensen Academy.

10 December 2007:

Deadline for registering the educational institution for the competition.

1 February 2008:

Deadline for registering the names of the team members and a representative from the educational institution. The representative will be invited to overhear the evaluation of the projects and attend a Gala Dinner on 4 April 2008.
