Seal face alternatives
Many different seal face materials are available to suit specific situations.
For applications involving a high risk of corrosion, Grundfos recommend to fit the resistant titanium variant of the CR-pump with a SiC/SiC shaft seal.

For applications where the pumped liquid might damage the standard O-ring materials, we recommend the use of chemical-resistant FXM or FFKM rubber O-rings.
